Guaranteed Private Room

North West Private is pleased to offer all maternity patients the guarantee of a private room with private ensuite bathroom. There is no shared accommodation in our maternity unit.

We have recently completed construction of our Deluxe double suites and expanded our birth suites.

Post Natal Ward

• Single private rooms with your own ensuite bathroom
• Deluxe double room accommodation (subject to availability)
• Comfortable breast feeding chair
• Flat screen LCD television
• Access to Wi-Fi and Foxtel (fee applies)
• Private bedside telephone with free local calls.

Special Care Nursery

• 15 cot level 2 facility
• Specially trained neonatal nursing staff
• Care for neonates from 32 weeks gestation
• Secure nursery environment
• Private feeding room
• Baby bathing facility

Maternity Support Services

• Childbirth education classes
• Inpatient lactation classes provided by our Lactation Consultant
• Maternity Unit open days
• 24 hour care – our theatres are supported by a 24hr anaesthetic roster and paediatric cover
