Applying for Accreditation
Ramsay Health Care uses an online credentialing system (Equifax) for all Visiting Medical Officers and Allied Health Professionals.
When requesting an application for accreditation, you will need to provide the following information:
- Full name
- Mobile phone number
- AHPRA number
- Speciality
- Proposed Date
- Email address (not a group one) – to be used for the Equifax portal
- A copy of your current Medical Indemnity Insurance certificate

Once our CEO has approved your information, the invitation will be sent via our Equifax Credentialing portal.
