In 2008 Dr Hock migrated with her family to Australia as an Obstetrician with over 10 years’ experience, where she undertook the role of Director of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Wimmera Base Hospital in Victoria.
Michaela graduated from the University of Heidelberg, Germany and specialised as a Gynaecologist and Obstetrician in Germany in 1999. She worked as staff specialist at Kreiskrankenhaus Erbach, Germany until she commenced private practice in Michelstadt, Germany in 2002.
The hunt for warmer weather brought Michaela and her family to Queensland in 2012, where she now operates out of North West Private Hospital.
